Durable Soft Close Toilet Seat - Quiet, Easy to Install, Comfortable Bathroom Upgrade for Home & Office Use

I am a 140 pound male which is probably on the very light side for an adult male. This toilet seat began to "come apart" within about 3 months of purchasing. As a mechanical engineer and an all around "Mr. Fixit", I figured for sure I could resolve the problem but the problems increased (parts breaking and screw pulling out of very weak material). This item should be removed from Amazon and customers who have purchased within the past year should be able to get their money back or a credit towards another toilet seat. This is the first product I have purchased from Amazon that is just a piece of junk and I have probably purchased over 100 items from Amazon.
