I bought it as a gift for my brother , as far as I know he is very happy with it. It did showed batteries included but were missing. Otherwise he's happy with it, he had batteries.This shaver was so bad it would not even run long enough to cut any hair. I tried changing the batteries out and they were new and the off and on switch fell out of the unit. Very poor workmanship. I just threw it in the trash. Don't waste your money on this.The 5-in-1 trimmer box was opened and the batteries were gone. I don't want to return it - but batteries were suppose to be included. There were 3 other items in the Amazon sealed box and those items were fine.They just plain did not work! Cheap plastic construction. Extension handle just fell off when I tried to use it. The clippers did not cut hair. I threw it in the trash where it belonged!Don't waste your money it always works better on tv than real life. This product doesn't cut anything. I started a request for refund and told I would get it, then they want to send me another peice of junk.
