Please be advised you get what you pay for …. If your looking for a good quality one that does not roll and that is thick this is not for you . It’s thin and the wrap itself does not wrap the entire area… I had to put my old one at the top and still meh…. Spend the extra money for a good one !This product does fit tight around you but it moves up from the bottom and its very narrow. Its basically an ace bandage in black and 1/2 inch wider.It came quick, but the band width is too thin.Not long enough or wide enough.I purchased this waist trimmer and they are correct it’s a waste. I tried it on when I got it and all it did was kept rolling there’s no stability in it at all and I did it as the instructions said. My advice is don’t waste your time because you’ll end up sending it back for a refundAs soon as this product arrived ..... I knew that this is was not what I a was looking for!! Be Careful and read the fine print! First of all, it's MUCH SMALLER then advertisted, doesn't stay to its shape. It has No back support at all.Don't buy this product!!!dislikes-it rolls while sitting, it doesn't stretch. just needing to know what size you have to be for this to actual fit the correct way and not slide, roll and separate and have my stomach busting out of each wrap around.I did not like it, it was not how it looks on the video or picture.
